Perhaps the question most people ask me is, "What the hell do you do?"

I have the best job in the world. I'm a social media strategist for Invoke, and Invoke makes pure awesomeness. They make HootSuite, the professional Twitter client -- and the best damn web app I've ever used. They also make Memelabs, the best damn user-generated contest platform on the planet. As you've probably ascertained, Invoke is in the business of making the best damn stuff possible. But, of course, I'm biased ;)

But what do I exactly do? I blog, I research, I do customer service, I find amazing content. If there's a social platform that has found a suitable audience, I try to find out why -- and then try to become an expert on how to use it. In other words, I do a lot.

Every day, I wake up and thank my stars I get to taste the future. I interact with people who influence how we consume media, how we express ourselves, and how we interact. This is why I have the best job in the world.
